Don’t buy or rent from these people… you can not trust the office manager nor the person in charge of the entire park.. they will belittle you and make Sure your concerns are not taken care of! so many people complain about the owners yet they don’t do Anything to fix people’s concerns or problems! UPDATE: The vision that we have watched come to fruition by the High Plains Ranch owners and management for this community has been distinctive when compared to other manufactured home communities here in Amarillo. The new homes that have recently come in are modern and unique. The maintenance team do such an exceptional job of keeping the property manicured and clean.
