I received a bill from high plains radiology and returned the stub with my insurance information on back after noticing they hadn't billed my insurance. I didn't receive anything after that so assumed my insurance paid. Now here I am with it on my credit report... I call High plains radiology and explain to her that last I remember receiving anything from them I returned my insurance information and that was that and she tells me my account shows paid but if it's on my report then I'll have to call this number... so I call t... read more
They sent my bill to the wrong insurance agency and was naturally declined. Then without bothering to contact me, they reported me to Account Recovery agency! Now the bill is on me! Good job!
