I have never written a negative review, but this experience warrants one. DO NOT GO HERE!! I am always open to constructive criticism, but Alex did not stop insulting my computer build. He was less helpful than a white crayon on a blank sheet of paper. He was the single most narcissist person I have met to date! Avoid at all costs.

While he answered my question knowledgeably, Shawn was undoubtably rude and standoffish in how he answered. I came in wondering if my new PC could handle a graphics card upgrade; I was wrong. Shawn's way of answering me was placing the graphics card on top of the pc and saying "Look, it won't fit". He then proceeded to engage in one-upmanship with me regarding a (much more expensive) computer he had. Giving 2 stars because he was kind enough to provide me with a static bag for my card. The guys that attended me were incredibly obnoxious and spoke down to me the entire time. Barely gave me details on what they wanted to do to check my laptop. Only after I asked 2 or 3 times did they finally tell me they wanted to charge me to just check my laptop, which would have been fine had they been at all clear with their communication. Terrible front desk service. Maybe they can fix devices alright but I’d take my business elsewhere than deal with them.
