They returned my first call immediately and we set up an appointment for them to come out and look at the job. Their quote was in line with 2 others that I got but, they also made some good suggestions about my particular job. The workers showed up on time and finished on time and cleaned up. Damaged and broken portions of our stone walls and steps were chipped out and repaired/replaced with new cement. The balance of the walls had voids and cracks. All Masonry division of J&B did a good job in the repairs. The finished work looks very good. They arrived when they promised and did the job as specified. I would hire them again.
I was told that the plasterer would be here at 09:00 to start work, he didn't show until 12:45. However, he was quite a likeable guy, completed my job in just a few hours, and did great work.
We were very pleased with the quality of work performed and the professionalism of all involved.
I would use them again.
Good people. No complaints.
