I hired this company to do a roof, siding, and windows. When the job started finishing up the contractor does not finish the job and told me. I will come back some other time to finish but go ahead and pay me. Unbelievable, they would ask for money for the work they have not completed under an I give you my word to return. Very difficult to communicate. Vagueness about project plan. About 1/5 of the way in we realized the supervision was slight and the work not up to expectations. We pulled the project, lost most of our deposit, but I was so grateful to be done with them, I did not care. I wrote a basically friendly, email explaining our reasons for terminating, and had decided if Jason responded in ANY WAY indicating our concerns had been heard (even if none of the money we felt was due to us was returned) that I would just let it drop and no... read more

Don is a manipulator and has no moral or ethical integrity. This company preys on those who do not educate themselves on proper construction work. Don also likes to manipulate the contract going forth to extract more money from the customer. The work was good up until the point that it required craftsmanship and detail work. He sent an arrogant individual over to finish the work weeks later than what was expected to finish. Only to find a pieced milled hand rail that was not at all aesthetically pleasing. I was shocked to read the review that was on my site. The whole time I was talking to Jayson during the project he was very happy with everything. At the end of the project there were some things that needed to be addressed. I corrected all the problems that I know about except the hair line crack in the large concrete pad. In our contract it says concrete does crack at times. Problem's that were fixed 1. Handrail on the steps fixed at no extra cost to the customer. 2. I hired All Masonry to repair my retaining wall. The agreement was to repair the cracks and return it to the original look. The employee changed the entire look on one side. Left a sharp stone sticking out at the steps where someone could get hurt. He did not clean the area. Told me someone else was coming later to clean. No one did. Week later they pressure washed the wall. Said he would be back in 2 to 3 days to put down mulch. He never came back. The never did clean the area. Very disappointed. Shirley B. contacted us to make a repair to her existing stone wall. When we arrived on-site for the initial estimate I explained that she essentially had a DIY Stone Wall. This was nothing a professional would have constructed. I informed her that the only way to properly repair this wall was to tear it down and rebuild it properly. This complete rebuild was not in her budget. We were able to make the repairs we were contracted to do in a timely manner.
