The best place to get your hair done in Penrith! I always get an incredible service at High on Hair - Natasha was absolutely wonderful, listened to everything I wanted with my hair and gave me one of the best haircuts ever! Plus she also gives an incredible wash and head massage! 10/10 service, definitely recommend to everyone!
