I've been going to this salon since 2012. Katie did my normal highlight only to leave me with an ashy white colored hair with a purple tint. I went back to get it fixed and not only was to color worse, she took her frustrations out on my hair by pulling it and drenching me with water in the shampoo area. When I asked to get it back to the right color or refund my money, I was asked to leave. Most innovative and professional salon in the area!
When I moved here from NY, I wasn't sure where to go to get my hair done. I did some research online and decided on High Maintenance. This was two years ago and I am so happy I made the right choice! Everyone, including other guests, are always so pleasant and friendly. Caiden always helps me achieve the look I am going for! My hair always looks great when I leave; well worth the trip. :)
