Where to begin? .... I needed salon services, I went for a color consult and it was dead however I waited 40 minutes while the lady finished up another employees hair while I sat... I should of taken that as my red flag. Had the consult thought it went well, I had a color hair formula from my old salon so it was fool proof! I went back 2 weeks later... I want to start of by saying that the employes here are great they seem very sweet and friendly and do a great job however with that said dont expect to go to the same person for more than a couple months so i suppose my ealier comment cant really be to usefull seeing how its only a matter of time till they get fed up with all the verbal abuse from the owner and leave. if I could I would give this place "0" stars! Go here only if you want to wait to be greeted while the receptionist and another employee finish their conversation. Go here only if you find it acceptable to be "lectured" on the quality of your nail trimming abilities by a super fake woman with a super poor personality. Go here only if you expect to wait at the register for 5 minutes to pay while the employee finishes a phone conversation. Go here only if you like to get a $40 pedicure that chips the very next day! This place is amazing! All the girls are great! Very friendly atmosphere! I won't go anyplace else for my pedicure!!

I have long been searching for an exceptionally clean salon on the east side of town and here it is! They even replace inserts in the pedicure tubs after each client (after running a bleach like cleaner through the system). They also wipe down the seat as well (along with other practices). I'm so thoroughly impressed w/ the sanitization process and overall cleanliness, not to mention the friendly staff!

High Maintenance was recommended by a friend after her mani/pedi. She is still my friend and now I'm recommending them, as well. The salon is bright and cheery and has the most beautiful kimonos on the wall for decoration. My High Maintenance Pedicure was scheduled with Myra. I am always a little nervous walking into a pedicure for the first time because you never know how the baths are cleaned and I was very pleased to see a plastic liner in the bath.
