The dealer responded promptly and courageously. They had the car ready for me and afforded me a comprehensive test drive. They made me a very fair deal and we closed quickly and efficiently. They went out of their way to make a variety of small fixes to the car's appearance even though they took longer than expected. They honored their word, dealt with me in a forthright manner. It was a pleasure to work with them and I am delighted with the car and with the experience. Five stars.
Follow-up was reasonably quick. Vehicle is Nice, minor issues, priced high for mileage. Normal wear and tear. Salesman Brian not greatly knowledgeable about the vehicle. If the price drops, I would still be interested.

They never responded when I contacted through the site. It took contacting them twice through their own site to finally get a response, which wasn't even a response to what I had asked. It has now been a couple of days and again, then do not answer about pictures or a price on a vehicle that states, on their own site 'Email for price'. I imagine that they are not that interested in helping people, or potential sale. How can you expect to sell a vehicle online that you won't show pictures, or state asking price on?
They never responded... After four emails I finaly went to them for a test drive. Nope. You can't test drive it unless you start the buying process. They weren't helpful and didn't know anything about the car. ALSO, they over priced the car by about four THOUSAND. Would not recommend to anyone.

They are very unorganized, and I wouldn't have gone through them, but they had the exact car I wanted. They are rude, promise things they don't do and the owner was very disrespectful. I was thinking about talking my mom down to look at some cars, but after buying my car, I would rather find her a dealer that will not make you run around and tell you your all set just to tell you later your not.
They got me a great deal!!!! They were very polite and helpful!
