I went and paid $39.99 for a Bubbler. Got it home and it had a leak. called the store and they said they dont do refunds! I took it to the store and even the store seen it was defective. it was unused. all they offered me was a 20% discount on my next purchase. dont spend money on glass items.
Worst service ever literally
Asked to step outside while store clerk carries on hour long conversation with customer. I understand we’re limited on capacity with corona but with that in mind tell customers to get in and get out in a timely matter. Stand outside in heat for half an hour. Oh and if the front parking spot is employee only put a sign the spot stating that don’t cock an attitude with a customer who’s already waiting to get inside that puts there car there. Check out Kure or Infinity’s End.
Don’t go to this store!! They sale old items with mold. I called to let them know about the problem and pretty much was like oh well you brought it. 5 boxes wasted due to mold
RecommendedEverytime I have ever gone into this store, they have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. By far, the best vape shop I have ever been in.
I will never go to high life or will never buy anything again I got a piece for 100 paid for it I didn't even move from in front of the cashier see a 500 piece I want it they would not take the piece back I got for 100 so I can buy the piece for 500 I will never go back there
Came in to see what they had in the way of CBD to help with muscle aches and pains. Didnt realize how clueless I was about the product but thankfully Haley was an absolute wealth of knowledge on all things CBD. She took her time to educate me on their products and the different types of oils and vapes. She was very polite and more than happy to thoughtfully answer my unending plethora of questions. They refuse to sell you products unless you allow them to scan your drivers license into there system. Information off your license can be used by them in any way!
