Highlife is awesome, reminds me of bars my Dad would take me into during the 70's for lunch!
We absolutely love going to the High Life Lounge any time we are in the Des Moines area. We stopped by last night for dinner before the Iowa Cubs game, and enjoyed a great meal. Our sever, TJ, was friendly & attentive - with a full bar - and made us feel right at home. We love the scenery inside the bar & wish we lived closer so we could be regulars!
Great Bloody Mary's. Just the right spice. I need to eat dinner there sometime.
Great Casual hang out, bacon wrapped tots were killin it as always. Had the Elvis dip for the first time... btw it's not spicey at all but it's a good dish. It's crazy busy since they put in the new housing complex next door.
