I'll start off by saying I'm not related to nor did I know anyone at high level prior to my visit. This is important to mention as I thought it when reading the reviews. My 2009 E350 just stopped driving. Dash indicated it was in drive and felt like neutral. Long story short had it towed in and prepared for the worse ($2-3k). I was told I'd receive a call by the end of the day. Instead I got a call within the hour stating it was a simple fix ($125) and could pick up shortly. I am glad to take my Mercedes E320 for maintenance and repairs at High Level. I know there is a High Level of trust and honesty that is hard to find anywhere else. And beside, their prices are much lower than what I usually spent at the dealership! I am extremely confident in their integrity and high standards. As a consumer we are looking for fair pricing and you cannot beat High Level!
I needed my BMW repaired because it was making funny noise. I checked them out online and felt comfortable going there. I'm happy to say that high level inc was a great choice. Friendly, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I felt like i have known them for a long time. Good customer does exist in Miami. I brought a book to read since i expected to wait the whole day. I did not even finish a chapter. My car now runs like new. They even showed me my old parts.
