Took my dog there in December cause she wasn’t eating right. The vet told me “she’s just training you to give her what she wants” well fast forward 1 month my baby is in the hospital with kidney failure. Her blood test is all over the place. She has a tick born illness. Maybe just maybe had high hopes taken a second and done a blood test my baby wouldn’t be suffering right now... and because I trusted what the vet said she lost another 12 lbs from dec 12th 2019 till 1/19/2020. Always amazing experience with this place!! When I got a new puppy I immediately went there after seeing a post where someone needed after hour care because their dog was hit by a car, High Hopes was the only one that responded! I have contacted them on Holidays as a worried pet parent and they always respond! My daughter just adopted a kitten from them! Hands down the best place for veterinary care in town. Maybe the state! We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here and will continue to bring our pets here for care. Our most recent visit for my dog Ginger was no exception. And since so many people in the world only report the negative, I wanted to give a HUGE shoutout of gratitude to the entire staff at High Hopes!
We’ve used this vet and groomer for several years. We LOVE the groomer here. The last time I took my dogs in there the assistant was very rude. I brushed it off as she’s having a bad morning. When my mother went to pick them up she was treated the same way. I personally stopped using them after this visit. Today my daughter took in her Uncles dog to be groomed for his visitation. He passed away earlier in the week. She was treated so rudely she left in tears. This should never be tolerated. You have customers leaving because... read more
Great people that will help with any issue and very knowledgeable with the animals.
the vet his self is very nice however there is a member of his staff who on multiple occasions has been extremely rude and disgruntled. I understand bad days but she is never very friendly it's why we left. She makes you feel like an inconvenience most of the time.
Girls up front are awesome! Love Lauren the groomer and dr stopped Maxine’s itching in one visit after seeing 3 other vets! Maxine loved everyone and overall great experience! Thank you!
When first moving back to Cabot it took a while to find a good veterinary clinic in Cabot, to take our babies to. We went to probably 4-5 different clinics before finding High Hopes. About 10 mins into our first appointment I knew this was the fur clinic for us and our fur-babies!
