This is the nicest and most caring vet clinic I have ever been too. I had to have my poor fur baby Tonka put down because he was in so much pain and as difficult as that was this clinic made it a little bit easier for us with their compassion and caring when dealing with me and my husband. I will never forget that and if I’m ever able to get another pet this is where I will go. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. ❤️❤️❤️

The groomer and Vet are fantastic. However, there is one front desk person that has a really nasty attitude. Unfortunately that one staff member can give the whole business a bad name. I had my puppy groomed the week before and gave her some grace when she snipped at me then when I asked a question about the form I was signing. Returned this morning for a neuter appt. Over the weekend, my dog had a stroke and I called Dr. Wayne out of pure fear. He met with me and my daughter on a Sunday afternoon to ease my fears. This was the first time I met him and I will now use High Hopes for all my fur babies needs. Thank you Dr. Wayne!!!
We ❤ High Hopes! Have taken my border Aussie since we got him and they are so amazing and have taken great care of Rippy! he just got Neutered this week and they did an amazing job!
One staff member is rude and very disrespectful to customers. They lost my business because of her. I don't care how inexpensive it is to go there, no amount of money is worth being treated so poorly. I'm done with them and I'm taking my business elsewhere.
I absolutely love Dr Wayne and all of his staff! They have gone above and beyond to give the best care to my fur babies and I couldn’t be more grateful. My dogs love going and visiting with everyone at the clinic. You won’t find a more loving and caring clinic!
