I have a list of complaints about this company, but I'll start with the major one that is illegal and I have proof of. They tried price-gouging me on a private inspection after Hurricane Ian. They told me the cost was 1k. I questioned them and they told me to shop around that's the price. So I called the engineering company they were using and I was told the price was less than $500. The quote I received was in line with the other quotes I received but the difference was the professionalism of the sales staff.
