I work in customer service so it's means a lot me to be treated respectfully. Tori and Don were very informative and answered every question before we started. Always kept us in loop with all of our questions and concerns. I was very concerned about all my perennials and flowers that are blooming by house -all looks perfect. Amazing job on my roof. So easy to work with and responsive with all questions or needs. Entire team is professional and punctual. I had a strict timeline on my roofing request and Donald (owner) made sure my roof was replaced quickly! High Grade came to me as a referral and I would refer them anytime!
Excellent experience! The quality and attention to detail of the GAF roofing installation was outstanding. My roof replacement was a large job (gambrel roofs and large square footage). High-Grade Contracting also replaced two aging skylights with new Velux units that fit perfectly and look great. Gutters were also replaced as part of the project (sub-contracted to USA Guttermen, Boonton, NJ) who also did a great job with their installation. High Grade Contracting did an excellent job residing my house and installing two new windows in my garage. I particularly liked the attention to detail when doing the small things -- like framing my outdoor electrical outlets and faucets to coordinate with the house -- and the fact that the crew cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. What a fabulous company. They did everything right. I even had them pick out the roof color for me and it looks beautiful. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a beautiful job cleaning up. It’s amazing to get this type of service these days. Highly recommend this company if you need roof service.
