The High Grade team is the best in the business. From initial contact all the way to after the installation, they have been simply the best. They easily answered all my questions and were willing to go above and beyond, handling my unique requests for certain materials and even replacing a small piece of damaged siding at no cost. Even months after the install, my chimney cap fell off (at no fault to High Grade) and with just 1 email, they sent out a crew the next day to put it back on.
