Great place-- I bought a Trek Marlin there-- best bike I've ever owned, and I've had several bike store bikes. Staff was not condescending to me even though I'm obviously out of shape and was not looking for a high-dollar bike. They let me ride several different bikes and when I narrowed it down to the Marlin, they had me try two different sizes. I am a new rider I'm 53 and starting new. From the first time I walked into the store every single person treated me like a old friend. And all my worries questions about my Ride in the dk the Answerd with ease talked me thru it. They treat me like Im a pro and not a beginner. I will never forget the great ppl of high gear . Lol they seen he a lot this year and who knows might do it again next year. .
Came into store at 2:59 today in need of a tire change...they close at 3:00. The young woman offered to do it anyway without hesitation! Now I can still ride today!!! Thanks High Gear!
