I appreciate Matt's assistance in answering all my questions and helping me select my new Trek. I was in town from Kansas City for my son's baseball tourney and just happened to stumble upon this cool bike shop. Would definitely recommend and will stop by next time I'm in town. Very satisfied with my purchase!!
High Gear is Amazing!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I went in to look for me a bike. But, I was so nervous because I haven't rode for quite awhile:) Angela, helped me find the perfect bike for me and the rest of my family. She's was awesome!!! And Matt was Fantastic he made sure all 5 bikes was ready to go and adjusted them for all of us. Then we rode them right out of the shop:) We had an amazing experience!! Highly recommend, top notch!! :)
Dropped into the shop to check out bike helmets: was looking for something a bit unique. Appreciated Matt Brown, shop proprietor, for suggesting & ordering my new black & floral Bontrager STARVOS MIPS! Was donning for a Flint Hills Trail Ride four days later! Service, safety, & style!

Even though I worked at High Gear for a number of years, I can definitely give them 5 stars without any bias. The owners totally get it, and are ALL in for their customers, staff and community. The staff at High Gear have always been super knowledgeable and make time for anyone. This shop has been serving Emporia for a long time, and for those that don't already know first hand, its definitely worth your time to stop in.
Top notch service and top notch people!! Matt Brown and his crew are the best in the business!! Hats off to you guys and many thanks for your service and commitment to the community and their needs!!
