Bike falls off bike rack on turnpike. Take bike to High Gear for diagnosis and repair. One hour later; new rim, new handlebars,minor tweaking bike is back!! Can't thank you enough for saving my weekend. Not sure how I will perform but the bikes a go!

It was so easy to get help. I walked in he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in like 20 minutes!! Plus their store pet is gorgeous!!

Bought my trek x caliber 8 and they have been top notch in service and repair. Also they worked with me trying to sell a bike to my brother who lives out of town. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Great group of people down there and very very helpful.
