The folks at High Gear were super kind and helpful yesterday when my Dad and two of my sons went in. They let me elder son watch/help with his bike tires, and were kind to my younger son who was touching everything. They even gave the boys water bottles which they are now treasuring. Thank you so much- we will be back whenever we need bike help or new bikes!
I appreciated how welcome they made me feel. Am new to town and Chris was very generous with his time pointing out good routes for road and gravel riding. They did a tune-up on my low-end Trek hybrid and I never felt like a low-end customer. Chris kept working on my drive train and testing my bike up and down the alley until he finally coaxed the below-Claris-level Shimano group to find the small chainring. Kind of gave him a sow's ear and he made a silk purse out of it!
Definitely the best MTB store in Prescott, the attention of all unmatched!!!
Sometimes I go in there just to visit Basso......and buy stuff.
