RecommendedLisa is the real deal. Great person to rent from, very understanding and easy to work with. In a city full of terrible property managers finding someone like Lisa to rent from will save you a lot of headaches.
Rude, unprofessional, everything that's wrong with Portland's rental market. Never fixed anything! Spent the last six months of our lease with a broken fence / gate. Was told the owners "couldn't afford to fix it" then why am I paying these crazy rent prices?? Totally unresponsive and unhelpful. With the plethora of property management companies out there, FIND A BETTER ONE!! By far the worst I've dealt with.
