Very talented! I used High Expectations for my celebration weekend - surprise sweet 16 party on Friday night and mid-term graduation party on Sunday. The balloon decor was outstanding! I also liked that Angie was able to work within my budget and provide options.

Have had multiple great experiences with this business in past years. This year I placed an order but communication and follow through didn’t happen. Phone communication nonexistent. Text was fair to poor. Even purchased some balloons to be used. Was told somewhere along the way that she could do bouquets for my party. Gave her times and dates and locations. Offered options for pick up. No response. No balloons. If I had known this was what would happen, I would have gone to party city. Trying to support local and independen... read more
