If you are looking for a company that provides high quality products and great service High End is your company. The installers did a great job! They were always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and left the job as clean as before they started. We are extremely happy with our new door and windows.
From start to installation, the service, attention, and product was exceptional. We had a patio door and frame replaced. There were many details to coordinate. Rod provided expert service. He accommodated a tough installation schedule and worked hard to make it happen. Along with providing an exceptional and beautiful patio door, their client attention exceeded the service I have rarely received. I highly recommend High End Impact Windows & Doors for your next project.
I cannot say enough good things about this company - if I could give 10 stars I would! The name says it all High End The workers were courteous, focused on their work and cleaned after themselves constantly. They finished sooner than I expected and I am extremely pleased with the results. The window came out beautiful and feel solid and luxurious...I highly recommend!!
We signed our contract for this job back in March 2020 with a delivery for June 2020. But due to Covid 19, we had a year delay. We live in a condo on the first floor and have a back wall of windows and High End took care to have them measured and fit without any problems and 3 smaller windows and a door. High End worked with keeping us in the loop with up-to-date information as to when the windows would be manufactured (everything was on hold because of covid-19) and when we might get them installed. TOTAL QUALITY from beginning to end ! Started with the owner Dror Max coming out and giving us a quote, then working with the inside crew of ROD, JOSH, and RICH keeping us up to date with everything. The installers of MARK, LEO, and FABIO - can't say enough about them. They were always on time, professional, hard working, caring about your house, knowledgeable, always communicating with us, kept things clean. I'm glad to see so many satisfied customers, that's why I contracted with this company. However, I'm Still waiting for installation. Order placed and half payment made inJuly.
They took my info over the phone and sent me a quote. I stopped by their little store to see the products and discuss the project with them. They did not look very open for any discussions. During the conversation I mentioned I did not want to buy the brand they were pushing and requested another one. The sales person promised to send me a new quote in an hour or so and he never did. Obviously he wanted to sell me on a bad product for a commission or whatever reasons...How can you trust them with such an investment?
