I rarely write reviews, and when i do it's mostly because i am unhappy with a product or company. However , from the very start ,this company was a pleasure to deal with. Their salesperson Dror provided me a quote and explained that their company would probably be more expensive and take longer to complete the job than the other 2 other companies i had in for quotes. I HIGHLY recommend High End Impact Windows and Doors. From the first phone conversation, to the proposal, to the installation of multiple windows on the 7thfloor of a condo in Boca, to the follow-up and conclusion, this company was top notch. From start to finish High End Impact Windows and Doors were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were extremely well organized with the planning and measurements, were very helpful with picking the right windows for my family at their lovely showroom, showed up when they said they would, and did an amazing job with what they had to work with. We just had High End impact windows and doors install hurricane impact windows and doors in our entire home. From the moment Dror explained how our windows and doors were going to be installed, we were sold! I literally cannot say enough amazing things about this company. We had the best experience with these guys! Dror, Rod and Rich were so helpful with choosing windows/doors, scheduling, etc- they were completely upfront and honest about the long wait for the windows and doors. It was totally worth the wait and they communicated quickly whenever we had questions. Mark, Fabio, Felix and the rest of the installers were so professional, kind, and cleaned up after themselves. I went through the process of getting a number of estimates to replace the old windows and doors in my Florida Condo with Hurricane Impact windows and doors. High End Impact Windows and Doors worked with me through the entire process, educating me along the way. They were patient and very professional the entire process.
