Beyond expectation. My wife's SUV was treated with the same respect and attention to detail as sports cars 3x the price. Clay bar and polished "ALL" painted surfaces and steam cleaned and moisturized leather interior. Nothing overlooked or ignored. This vehicle with 35K miles looks and feels head over heels better than it did when we picked it out of the dealers showroom. The smile on my wife's face pulling away from the shop was priceless. I am looking forward to letting Josue loose on my Genesis..!
