I took my car in to have my rear bumper cover repainted over a year ago. Everything came out nice with the exception of some trash in the paint. High End worked with me to get this taken care of. I also had some HID lights put in. They kept going out but High End would replace them every time. Just recently my paint on my bumper flaked off. By far this is the worst body shop and mechanic ever! my splash shield fell off after driving off their lot, they had to replace some clips, and re-align my car because they charged me for it but didn t do it! parked it in my drive way while walking around to check the newly fresh paint work , there i notice a huge mosquito stuck in the clear coat arms and leg apart looking at me! don t they have any quality inspections afterward?
Great shop to take your vehicle to. Dependable mechanics. Been very good to us. Worth the trip to get a second opinion on a vehicle repair!!
I brought my truck in to have a leveling kit installed. It took them 6 days and 3 different tries to order the "correct" kit for the truck. After about a month of driving the truck with the leveling kit, I was having problems with the suspension. I brought it in to my mechanic and found that it was the wrong kit. \$1,300 later, my suspension was restored and drivable again. you can t go wrong with High-End. My truck gets about 5 or 6 miles per gallon better than before they worked on it. awesome service too
some of the best service I ve had and I ve been to more mechanic shops and body shops than I can recall over the years. The office staff were very helpful and a couple of the guys in the shop that I spoke with were extremely knowledgable and courteous. In my opinion, this is the best shop in town by a long shot.
I brought my truck to these people as they were "highly" recommended by the used car dealership that I purchased from. The job that I am having/had done was to replace internal components on my diesel which typically done correctly by a competent individual should take 6 hours at least to have gotten to the area, another 2 hours for replacing the components and then reassambling.
