Staff is very unresponsive, and on the rare occasion that they reply to a request they are flat out RUDE. Don't answer emails, don't answer their phones and then get mad that we just come to the office to ask about picking up our keys and didn't call ahead.. Which would be fine if they answered their phones.. Haven't had to make any maintenance request but would assume the service would be the same way. If you have crappy credit and are looking for a dumpy $1000-1200 place, this might work for you. I tried to get a showing of the one high-end home this place featured, and they were just non-responsive. First off, the agent doesn't answer her phone-ever. I had to leave a message and wait for a call back. The process takes FOREVER and when she finally called back, she said they already had an application in on the home. Apparently this means that I am not allowed to submit my own in the hopes that mine might check out better ... read more
