TLDR: This place ROCKS! After months of shoulder pain and being unable to workout, I finally decided to start PT. I went to two providers in town for evaluations and neither of them were a good fit. I hurt my left shoulder, and I struggled to reach behind me, take my coat off, and reach far out from my body. Even shutting and opening the car door hurt. I lived with the pain for six months, hoping it would heal on its own. PT at High Desert made all the difference, and I should have come in sooner. I have full range of motion now, and I am not over compensating for it. Matt and Maddie were the best.-WendyL
