Rude medical assistants. Not good with children two separate occasions 2 separate medical assistants. I’m a provider and will always recommend a different place from now on for my pediatric patients.
I have taken my kids to Dr. Saland for 45 years.My kids have taken their kids to him as well. Unfortunately, he retired and we have noticed the service has gone down hill. Dr. Saland was about his patients. But not these doctors, it's all about money. I am now a senior and was taking my grandson to be treated for pink eye. I got lost and was one street off. I went to a dental office nearby and they were so helpful. They gave me directions of how to get there. By the time I got there & parked the car we were 10 minutes late. ... read more
I do not recommend this place at all .. My son had an appointment for pink eye and my mom was 10 minutes late and they refused to see him ... Not only that but my mother is 67 years old and got lost and there was no understanding .. This isn’t the only bad incident previously my son had strep and they waited days to call with results ... Please stay away for this place !!!! After speaking to the manager they won’t even see you if you are 5 minutes late .Very disappointed as we’ve been to this office for at least 10-8 years

My husband and I have been taking our infant daughter here for the last year for all her check ups and every time has been a great experience. They scheduled an appointment immediately after she was born out of the hospital as she was in the NICU for a few days and has been seeing Dr. Suga this whole time. Both doctors are awful. My son has been dealing with severe allergies, enlarged adenoids, constant ear infections, and enlarged tonsils (all items diagnosed by an ENT). We had to fight tooth and nail for over two years to get them to give us an ENT referral. While every time we went in they would remark “has he been complaining of any ear pain? Because it looks like he may be getting an ear infection.” What I fail to understand about the pair is how they would be so adamant that it was just “seasonal allergies” for two years... read more
Dr. Suga has been my girls pediatrician since they were born and we think he is phenomenal. One of our girls has had a lot of medical challenges, and he is so attentive to her needs, even taking our calls in the middle of the night. We highly recommend him!
Sacheen and her assistant Celeste have been angels taking care of my boys they have really been caring and gone the extra mile to assure my son get the things he need. Such a blessing working with them
