The office staff needs to learn how to properly send information to providors and follow up with the requests, not let them sit in a drawer and die, making the patient continuously call and make sure staff are even doing their job. The staff answering the phone also needs to have more patience and not talk to people like they should know the answers to their own convoluted medical benefits.
