Fast, professional, compassionate medical care!
This place is awful. Got a covid test on Saturday, I was not offered an option to go thru the county. They said 2-3 business. Now they are saying 5-7 business days. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Everyone else I know who has gotten this test the results have come back in 2 days. Stay away from this place. If they can not get a time frame right how are they supposed to treat patients properly.
They are overdoing the CoVid precautions. I came for acute care for a skin condition and was turned away at the front door because I coughed. *smokers cough* I am not exhibiting any CoVid symptoms. They even took my temp. She then handed me a pen to fill out an online consultation form without gloves (what?). Have some common sense.

No one seem to ever know what's going on. I have Cancer and have to have blood drawn with in two days of my chemo. Every time I go to do that they don't have the order and no one knows what's going on. I don't feel good and I don't have the health or the energy for these wasted trips. I also shouldn't have to sit there for an extra hour or more while they try to figure it out. Is my time even a little important to you or am just more money, because there are places that can treat me a lot better than this for my money.
