Their sales team was amazing, but corporate Harley’s service is crap. I was promised a set of chrome front forks when I purchased my new street glide and it has been a month now and they keep saying the shipment has been delayed and the order needs to be resubmitted. How is a common part for the number one selling Harley delayed a month? I could have drove to Milwaukee and got them myself twice by now.
