Thank You Last year at Best Buy in Bend ,OR. A geek squad member told me that High Desert Computers, in Redmond was a good company. Yesterday, I called them to have my desk top computer cleaned, I was told to bring it in, I could wait and that it was free!! I brought the computer in, the work was done and no charge. WHO DOES THAT TODAY? I hope that I have no issues with my computer, but if I do I will be calling High Desert Computers (Edited December 05, 2020)
Professional, Knowledgible and Friendly Both Henry and Jin were friendly, professional and obviously knew their stuff. They took their time to correctly diagnosis the problem and were honest that it would be cheaper to replace the item then to try to repair it. I really appreciate that since I love electronics but have zero understanding of the hardware and inner workings. They were very friendly with their other customers as well. I was really impressed!
