In the past, High Desert seemed hit or miss with both beer and service. However, last time I went, on a busy Saturday night no less, I got outstanding service and three excellent beers: Oktoberfest, Wet-Hop IPA, and Hefe. My only complaint is that they were all lacking a little bit in aromatics. However, the flavors were right on. TRY THE OKTOBERFEST. These beers are notoriously difficult to brew consistently. Or at least I presume, because they always seem to vary the most year to year of any brew in a brewery's repertoire.... read more
This place is great. Amazing beers, I like the stouts the best, staff is terrific and they remember your name!Friendly place to hang out listen to music and enjoy the company.
