I had solar panels installed on my house by them in 2015. 10% of the panels stopped working right away and haven't worked for 8 years. I've been spending tons of time over the last 10 months trying to get them to resolve this and trying to micromanage them because people within their own company won't talk to each other. They installed a new shingle roof on my house. When the rains came, the roof leaked worse than the old roof. Each time it rained, I called to get it repaired. Each time it was unsuccessful. The roofer seemed to not be able to find the problem. The last time I called, I received not response. It is still not fixed and my ceilings are deteriorating from the water. I want it fixed before the next rains. I got a second opinion and it was that I should never have shingles on a low pitched roof . I am not happy with the service.

Ohhhh my exceptional service that we received from Eilud and the High Definition Solar people . Cleaned out our gutters and they were nasty. The poor guy found a rat and got rid of it with a smile. Our solar works as stated per our representative and appears to be on track to over produce. The installers were clean, worked efficently and hard. We are happy with the overall experience and will reccomend to others in our neighborhood.

Couldnt be happier with High Definition Solar. My solar project (electrical panel upgrade and solar panel installation) went off without a hitch. They arrived promptly at 7:30am sharp and immediately began working. Everything passed inspection with flying colors and both projects were completed in a few hours. Both occurred in the same day. They even handled painting and cleanup afterward. A truly wonderful company all around.

Great place to work. In my time here I have seen countless solar companies come and go. High Definition Solar is extremely strong financially as well as good quality work. I don't have to worry about my job security here. All I need to be concerned about is servicing our beloved customers. Thank you High Definition for giving me the platform to achieve greatness!

Is the worst company for star panel. they came to install the panels and make holes in my roof .Last winter water come in side the bedrooms ,kitchen and bathroom. I been calling for 7 moths to come to fix and they said will be there until now no body body show up. I also find out my panels are not produce enough energy and my bill **** every year.

I was sold the best solar system for a premium price and was told they are higher price than other because they will continue to support the system for the warrantee term where as other companies go out of business. So I paid more. I had my system installed in October. The messed up the cutover paper work and the configuration for three weeks. I had one panel produce less than the other panels from day one. There are pros and cons to High Definition, but saddest part of our experience was the Owner/CEO of High Definition, Tim Netherton. The salesman was great, but ended up leaving High Definition before our project even started. We struggled a bit with getting the plans from HD. Since we have HOA with a Design Review Committee, we needed the plans ahead of time for approval.
