I have been looking for a vet that I know truly care for the animals not just looking for a paycheck! My old man has ear issues and Dr G and the staff were very caring! He is now feeling better and I thankful to have finally found this wonderful place! Thank you for f I x in my fur baby!
We have been seeing Dr. Germeroth and her staff at High Country Veterinary Hospital for years with our first two cats Allie & Aspen. Now with a newly adopted feline stray, Calhi. The whole entire staff has been great with out fur family members. Just had Dr. Karin Highfield do dental extractions on Calhi. She was to have a dental cleaning, but they soon discovered that she had feline odontoclastic resorptive lesions. She had to have the majority of her teeth extracted. Our dog shaggy had been sick since Friday and I called Wednesday and was given appointment same day for him to be seen. Staff was great. A friend referred us. The doctor was great and even gave us meds for him and they even called today to see how our dog shaggy is doing. They answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. We will be using them in the future
The best vet clinic around, with an excellent doctor and caring staff. Dr. Deb genuinely cares about her patients, I have never met a better doctor than her. We have been her patients since 2000. I highly recommend High Country Veterinary Hospital to anyone living in the area that has animals of any kind. Dr. Deb cares for even the small ones we love (hamsters, gerbils, birds, wild things).
