Dr. Germeroth and her staff hve taken care of my dog since we got her 7 years ago. She is now 11 yrs. old. We found out she has osteo sarcoma in November and they been so accommodating in managing her pain. We appreciate their support in our decision to do home hospise...amputation and chemo was an option, but due to her age we opted to just make her as comfortable as possible.
Dr Germeroth and the staff are very caring, no nonsense, and scary good at what they do! They've taken such great care of my dogs, cat and leopard geckos....I've referred friends to High Country Vet Hospital because I know Dr G and all the staff will take the same excellent care of any animal...and calm even the most frightened pet owner!!
After my horrible experience with High Country I finally built up the courage to visit another vet, this involved a stop at High Country to pick up a copy of my animals records. I called and spoke to a wonderful gentleman named Garrett, I walked and Garrett had the paperwork ready, he verified my name and advised me Casa was getting ready to be due for his visit and shots. We love Dr. Highfield and all the staff. They are always friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
