How I miss Dr. Teebee who we have used for the nine years since moving here, I never knew he was gone as my dogs have remained healthy other than normal needed shots, My little Emily was ill for a couple of day when we decided we needed to see Dr. Teebee. I called High Country and explained that she was very ill. I was told that the schedule was full for that day but it would cost me an extra $30.00 to be seen. We are obviously very sorry we couldn't accomodate your needs immediately when our schedule was already full. We do offer emergency exams with an added small fee for people that need to be seen immediately when there are no available appointments. You should have been offered the option of a drop-off examination (at no additional charge) that allows our doctors and staff to "work-in" extra patients to be handled between already scheduled patients and apologize if that option was not offered. I cannot adequately express the gratitude my wife and I have for the staff and doctors at High Country PetClinic in words. Our 7 year old cat was in renal failure did everything to help within reason and when it came time for her to be euthanized their compassion and understanding was incredible. Then several days later we received a handwritten condolence card, signed by each member of the staff. Thank you
