I'm 2 minutes away from this vet my puppy needs an X-ray on her right leg and they close in 30 minutes; they refuse to see my puppy. I could have been there got an x-ray and been diagnosed and out by 12:30 these people don't care about animals they don't care about anything but your dollar I'll never refer this Clinic to anybody I have two dogs and four cats I'll take my money elsewhere and I hope everybody else does
RecommendedHad an issue with our Pup, was looking for a smaller more personal Vet for our Fur Babies. Checked out High Country and met Dr Boyer and the staff. Was greatly impressed at how they all understood our dogs and cats were our family! Dr Boyer took care of our puppies ear infection extremely well! Today we had to say goodbye to our kitty, 17yo. My MinPin Annabelle went into a diabetic shock mid November 2019 and lost her sight immediately. I was devastated for not seeing the signs...she was a rescue and has always been food & water aggressive. Dr. Ford was great and caring. Our follow up visits with the nurse tech Barbara has brought comfort to this doggie Mom. Their staff knows us by name. I feel welcomed and Informed with this new chapter of our lives. It was a hard day for us when we had to let our Sox cross the rainbow bridge. The staff is so understanding, patient, and so respectful of our needs. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. I could see the tears well up in their eyes as well, and the tenderness, care they gave was exceptional. Thank you so much.
Caring, loving. I recommend them for yearly shots to taking care of our family members when they are not feeling well. I just moved here and very happy I found them.
