HORRIBLE experience, there was incredibly loud drilling noises in my walls around 1am waking me up in terror! i called front desk repeatedly immediately afterwards for help and no one answered. As a solo female traveler, I should have called the police from how terrifying it was. I specifically called ahead of my stay to ask if they had a quiet room and he said YES. DO NOT STAY HERE. I'd give it a 4.5. We couldn't cool the room down even though we gradually set the AC from 71 to 68. I was excited to have a freezer in the fridge in the room. As a person that travels with medication that needs to be kept cold and outdoor temperatures in the 90's to 100, we freeze water bottles. However, our freezer did not freeze. Luckily they have an ice machine and I had baggies. It'll do for now. The beds are pretty firm as well as the pillows. Very quiet, very clean place.
