After our home air conditioner stopped working, a friend referred us to High Country HVAC. JC and his team quickly came to our home to diagnose the problem, walked us through our options to fix the issue, and (once the part was received) were able to install the new part and fix our older unit within a day. Their straightforward communication and customer service are on point, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services in the Davis County area.
JC and his crews are top notch and know their stuff when it comes to HVAC. They were all completely understanding that I could only afford to have just the AC unit replaced. Mike and Omar were exceptional from diagnostic to replacement. JC is a true salesman but he really knows his stuff and help you understand exactly what you are getting. I would recommend High Country 10/10 every time.
High Country HVAC will always be the first company I call. JC is honest and showed up very quickly when I had a minor problem. I have called JC in the past for advice on other minor concerns and his advice is usually spot on. It's nice to know that if I have an issue I can get quality service from High Country.
