Quick, efficient and super helpful. Installed a brand new A/C unit within a week of the old one going out.
I got a new system installed just as the heat wave rolled on. The AC was not keeping up with the heat and would climb up each day. JC and team stuck with it and tried different things trying to improve the system. Ultimately they brought a Lennox rep on site to diagnose the issue and Lennox stood behind their product and they replaced the AC. Everything has worked great since. Thanks Omar, Josh, Rhys, and Mike for all your dedication to this problem.

Well, it finally happened, my air-conditioning unit froze over. I contacted High Country HVAC and they sent a tech out the next day who evaluated the problem and explained the options to me. He made the repair we decided on and had the system up and running in no time. I wish I could remember the tech’s name, he was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I will recommend High Country HVAC Inc to others.
