I’m leaving this review here because this location appears to be part of the same High Country ownership group as the dealership/service department currently handling my vehicle, and I have been unable to get meaningful help from anyone above the service department level. Me and my family came here earlier today because we had sign up for the spin off yesterday when we had sign up for it and the spin wheel it had landed on $250 cash so when we came there earlier to put it up it was a lie they told us we didn't win the $250 cash and only gave us a $10 Amazon gift card like what can we do with that "nothing"...all of these car dealers that be doing these spinning the wheel contest need to stop because they not giving people what they have won before they go to the dealership to pick up their pr... read more
