This review is more tailored towards your service drive manager Levi Doyle. He’s a vulgar person, stalking Facebook accounts, making snide remarks about people’s families, their appearances and what they’re financially capable of based off false assumptions. All the while bragging about what he owns and how successful he thinks he is. Mentioning how he “runs” this dealership along with a Kia, GMC and Buick dealership. I’m leaving this review here because this location appears to be part of the same High Country ownership group as the dealership/service department currently handling my vehicle, and I have been unable to get meaningful help from anyone above the service department level. My actual service experience has been with High Country Kia, where my vehicle has been sitting for around 3 months. The communication has been terrible.
