Best BBQ we've had in a long time. Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices. An OBX must try!!
Great food and Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Though I'm a NC guy and love pork BBQ, the beef brisket is wonderful.

This has to be an annual stop at least once while we are on the Outer Banks. Great food, great service.
I've eaten BBQ in every place I've visited- the place is hands down the best!! Sure puts The Rendezvous in Memphis to shame. And don't leave without trying their brunswick stew and chocolate pecan chess pie!!! We'll be back.
Would give you guys 100+ stars if I could!!! Just ate there today for lunch and OMG!!! So, so, SO DELICIOUS!!! We totally love HIGH COTTON!!! Superb food, drink, and service (lightning quick and friendly)!!! Our servers, especially the nice and very attentive young man there today, were just excellent. Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, potato salad, and chocolate chess pie were all to die for amazing!!! Thanks so much. We will most definitely be back again!
Everything they have is GREAT, I love the brisket personally, best I've EVER had. The staff is AWESOME, always treat us locals or tourists like family, my lil girl is 3 & asks for y'all by name. Whenever she's asked "Where to eat?" She says "High Cotton, & then I want a moonpie"
