RecommendedWonderful BBQ, Chicken, Brisquet and sides. Served fast and always delicious. Their take out service is great and they offer packages for large or small families and groups. Will Thorpe and his team are the best.
Their chopped pork is awesome especially with their vinegar sauce! Love me some High Cotton!
Glad we found this hidden gem! Oh my gosh you get so much food at great prices. Everyone is super friendly too. Will definitely stop in when we’re in the area.

A must for anyone going to the Outer Banks. Great food, fantastic service and great atmosphere. We come down from Toronto and we always look forward to a great meal there.. The Brisket Plate is a MUST!!!

We went to High Cotton Bar-B-Q for dinner. We were greeted by a very friendly guy who met us and said " Sit anywhere you like" so we did. We sat at a table with red and white checkboard table cloth which told me - this place is very homestyle. After getting our drink orders our waitress came over with her ipad to take our order. This is when it gets crazy......probably less than 3-4 minutes later our food arrived....and it wasn't child size portions - it was "OMG - look how much food they brought" portions.
