They have awesome customer service. If you aren't knowledgeable about firearms, this is the place to go. They called me by name and thanked me at least twice. Other retailers need to adopt their philosophy on how to get and keep customers. It is VERY likely I will buy any future firearms from them. I'm willing to drive the 1-1/2 hours to get there. Customer service always wins with me.
Fantastic customer service. Was just in there yesterday to pick up some special order ammo and decided to purchase my first Glock. Will definitely be revisiting to get some additional work done. A+ best gunshop I have been to in Michigan.
