Everyone is friendly and helpful. My surgery went very well. The doctor was very professional, friendly and courteous. Over all it was a very good experience and I would recommend this office and Doctor.
Great communication. Multiple reminders. They were very courteous to my 80 year old mother who was very nervous about this procedure. Very up front and clear about financials. And we were in and out of the office with no delays.
I had an infection and because i have knee transplants, it was very important that i have the extraction asap. Pickett Oral Surgery got me in a day. The procedure was done with 'twilight' IV and was over within 45 minutes, with no pain. Dr. Pickett and his staff were excellent. I highly recommend this office.
