They are really expensive. And didn't tighten the drain pipes. Water leaked all over the cabinet. Josh is not a plumber.
Second great interaction with High 5. Came out and adjusted home pressure under warranty so my sprinkler system worked properly. Great company I will continue to use.
I found High 5 about three years ago and I'm so thankful. I had worked with several other plumbing companies in the Denver Metro area and will now only contact High 5. Availability, on time, work assessed and completed, and fair pricing. The work crew and office staff are great too! Like the membership program. What I also like is their mission to give back to the community through a variety of charities.

Our tech showed up early, correctly diagnosed the leak, explained every step, and finished quickly. Solid service, worth the cost.
I appreciate the honesty of Steven but not the fact that last week I waited at home for 2 hours and when I was sent a message saying Steven was on his way, the message showed that he was close by but in actuality he was still at least 35 minutes out but today for some reason he came early when I was out to breakfast. So in essence my time meant nothing but then I was told by Morgan that it wasn't fair to keep the service guy waiting but then its okay that I have to stay home and wait for 2 hours, not happy with this process.... read more

Michael did a great job. Friendly and professional. My toilet needed a rebuild. The work was done immediately after the free estimate and was done in a timely manner. The price was fair. I would recommend High 5 to others
