I had a fantastic experience working with Brandon of Higgz Electric on wiring a room in my basement. From the start, communication was excellent- he was quick to respond to emails and kept me informed every step of the way. He showed up exactly when he said he would, which I really appreciated. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and the results look great. It's clear he takes pride in his work. Highly recommended!
We had an appointment for 10:30 that Brandon scheduled then didn’t show up for. I called him at 11 and he told me he would come that afternoon. When he got back to me at 2pm he told me it would be a $200 service call fee just to come out. I canceled at that point.
Prompt service and great communication, they did a great job at a property I manage. I would highly recommend!
Brandon is so great! I cannot express how great it feels to find a reliable electrician who does phenomenal work and has excellent communication and pricing. He has gone above and beyond with our projects and even cleans up after himself! We have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family as well as for our own projects
