Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? I felt extremely pressured Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? No, they were out of everything! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Not really Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They cancel on me all the time.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office was easy enough to find. I would go back for follow up, but would equally consider finding an alternate.

I've been to Dr. Higgins several times and so has my husband and daughter. We always have had good service from him.
