My garage door torsion spring broke. Called Higgins and got an appointment right away. Great customer service! Bob came and made all the repairs quickly and professionally! Thank you Bob! Very happy with the service provided!
Bob did a great job fixing the overhead door. He was prompt, friendly and knew his stuff. (he joked he watched a YouTube video before showing up which made me laugh. He replaced 2 springs, reconfigured the opener and adjusted the track all in under an hour!
We broke a spring around 6 am. I called around noon. It was fixed by 4:00. The lady who took my call was so kind and thoughtful. I explained that I couldn’t be home until 3:30. She put me on the schedule and indicated I should be the last stop. Traffic was a bit backed up getting onto 65 from 80/94, but I made it by 3:28. I was so impressed that he was there waiting for me. 10/5 stars if possible. The costs were within reason and I will use them again in the future.
Professional, courteous and great job. Arrived on time, resolved issue and everything working fine now.
